During the Spring Canton Fair in April 2024, the team from Russian trader Maxtronic visited our MINJAN booth. They showed great interest in our kitchen meat grinders; however, as a distributor targeting the local market, they faced the same concerns as all ODM clients: finding a reliable product that not only met local consumer aesthetics but also maintained stable performance in harsh usage environments.
1.Initial Contact and Precise Matching
The initial discussion at the Canton Fair was just the beginning. After the exhibition, the Maxtronic team was invited to visit our factory for in-depth communication. During this process, the customer highly approved the industrial design of the MG04 meat grinder. We quickly acted, adapting the MG04 parameters to suit the voltage and usage habits of the Russian market, and immediately provided the customer with customized prototypes.
2.Facing Feedback and Flexible Response
After testing the prototype, the customer reported that the original power of the MG04 was slightly insufficient for handling some harder local ingredients. In response to the customer's concerns, we did not stick to a single product but quickly recommended another model, MGY, from our product matrix, which fully met their expectations in terms of power. The customer was also satisfied with the appearance of the MGY, proving that our product line is rich enough to cover different needs.
3.Persistent Communication and Trust Building
Although the product fit was high, the customer did not place an immediate order due to market strategy and overall cost considerations. True cooperation is often built on long-term trust. Over the following period, we maintained regular professional exchanges with the Maxtronic team, sharing industry trends and new product information. At the Spring Canton Fair in 2025, we enthusiastically invited them to visit again, consolidating our cooperative relationship.
After more than a year of patient communication and professional service, we finally achieved a breakthrough in June 2025—Maxtronic placed a formal order. The first batch covered three meat grinder models: MG02, MGY, and MGZ, with 1,000 units each, and the total order amount exceeded 400,000 RMB.
But this was not the end of the story. After the order was completed, we received secondary feedback from the customer regarding the power of the MG04. This time, we decided to solve the problem at its root. Our R&D team quickly stepped in, replacing the MG04 model with a high-performance motor rated at 400W and peaking at 1,400W, completely resolving the customer's core pain point regarding power.
At the Autumn Canton Fair in 2025, when we handed the customized and upgraded meat grinder, based on their deep feedback, to the customer, we received high praise. After two months of rigorous testing, the customer sent feedback in November: "The test results are excellent, and we are very satisfied!"
